i reserve the right to post your commission to social media and my portfolio (will keep private if it's related to a debut, etc.).

prices are ranged estimates and not set.

i have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

all commissioners must fill out the google form on the commissions page unless discussed otherwise over DM.

payment will be made through paypal in USD.

i will send you an invoice for your commission, do not send me payment without an invoice.

commissions must be paid 50% up front before work is started.

i do not have a set time to complete commissions. please provide a deadline.

please provide an active way to contact you in order to make changes in a timely manner. i am not responsible for any extra time your commission takes due to late responses.

drafts will be provided to you through the agreed contact method.

i will provide sketches, digital drafts, color options, and several variations of your concept.

i am willing to work with you through all revisions you ask, but please note this will extend the time to finish. please keep this in mind if you have a deadline.

i will limit revisions at my own discretion if not enough information is given through the brief required when submitting your commission info.

if you would like revisions made to a previous commission, i will charge a small fee to do so but am more than happy to discuss.

logo designs are delivered in PNG, SVG, and PDF formats by default. feel free to request any other formats.

animations are delivered in MP4 (green screen) or WebM (transparent) files by default. feel free to request any other formats.

all files will be compiled in a google drive folder for you to download.

you may use your commission in any personal use setting.

if you are planning to use your logo for commercial purposes (merchandise, etc.) you MUST disclose this. any production of your commissioned work will be considered copyright infringement.

commercial licensing does not have a set price. please let me know what you plan to do with your piece and we can come to an agreement on pricing.

you may return to me at any time for commercial licensing for previous work.

you may not ask another artist to reimagine my original designs.

use my work commercially without discussing and paying for commercial licensing.

claim the artwork as your own.

alter the artwork without consent.

commission other artists using my design concepts without prior consent.

refund of the 50% deposit is not allowed after commission has started.

full refund is allowed if commission has not started. please do not do a paypal chargeback; i will refund from my end.

i will not honor any refunds after the commission is finished. i make sure to have constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied let me know and we can fix it.
